With more than 25 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, our principal consultant has served in C-suite and VP-level roles across acute care hospitals, integrated health systems, and post-acute care organizations. Her career spans clinical operations, regulatory compliance, workforce strategy, and organizational transformation.
She has led organizations through Joint Commission surveys, CMS compliance reviews, major workforce restructuring initiatives, and full-scale operational turnarounds — consistently delivering measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and financial performance.
Her approach is direct, collaborative, and results-oriented. She believes that sustainable change happens when consultants work alongside leadership teams — not above them — building the internal capacity needed to sustain performance long after the engagement ends.
